We take care of the data you leave on this website. This page explains, briefly and plainly, what we collect, why, who receives it and how you can control your data.
Company details
[HILLFO company name]
[Registration number, Republic of Cyprus]
[Registered address]
info@hillfo.com
The controller of your personal data is the company named in the details above. For any question about your data, write to info@hillfo.com.
Only what you enter in the website forms yourself:
— name;
— phone, email or messenger handle;
— the task, area of interest, indicative budget and comment you choose to share.
Technical data: the page the request was sent from, advertising tags (UTM) and a shortened IP address (last block hidden) — to protect against spam and to understand where requests come from.
— To answer your request and prepare a first meeting — your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
— To protect the website from abuse and keep a record of requests — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
— To meet legal obligations where they apply (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Only the HILLFO team members who handle requests can see them. Your data is processed by our technical providers: website hosting, our own CRM system on a server in the EU, the team’s internal notification service (Telegram) and, where enabled, web analytics services.
Your data is shared with partners (banks, lawyers, brokers, developers) only with your separate consent and only to the extent your request requires.
Some providers (for example, the notification service or analytics) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we rely on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR: European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Requests that do not lead to working together are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact and then deleted. If we start working together, data is kept for as long as the contract and the law require.
At any time you can: find out what data we hold about you; correct or delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a machine-readable format; withdraw your consent — this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Write to info@hillfo.com — we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
The website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored on protected servers, access requires a password and two-factor authentication, and all actions are logged.
The website uses essential browser storage for its forms to work. Where analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) are enabled, they use cookies for anonymised visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its date shown at the top.
